The most popular video game console in the world, the PlayStation 4, is getting its biggest game of 2016 this week.
"No Man's Sky" is an unbelievably huge space exploration game that has captivated game players since it was revealed in late 2013. We've been playing it all weekend and have some early impressions of a game that everyone will be talking about after its release Tuesday.

First and foremost, the game looks like a 1960s sci-fi novel's front cover. Simply put: it's often gorgeous.

A sense of mystery and wonder pervades every moment of "No Man's Sky."

And part of the reason for that is because of the game's size. It is by far the largest open-world game ever made, with over 18 quintillion planets.
